About these terms
These terms govern your use of the LastMile website and services, operated by Shival Gupta, an individual. Contact us at help@uselastmile.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any applicable terms presented when you sign up or purchase a service.
Health coaching, with limits
LastMile helps you set goals, log meals and activity, review progress and use AI coaching. It is a general health and fitness tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care and does not replace a qualified healthcare professional.
AI responses, nutrition calculations, activity totals and progress scores can be incomplete or wrong. The glucose screen shows a modelled estimate, not a measurement from a glucose sensor. Do not use it to adjust medication or make treatment decisions.
Consider your health, abilities and circumstances before following a suggestion. Seek appropriate professional advice for medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to treatment. Contact local emergency services for an emergency.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Let us know if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
Your information and AI responses
You retain your rights in the information you submit. You allow us to process it as needed to provide the features you use, subject to our Privacy Policy. Only submit information and images you are entitled to share.
AI output may resemble output provided to other people. Review it before relying on it. LastMile does not guarantee a particular weight, strength, race result or other health outcome.
Using LastMile responsibly
Do not use the service unlawfully, access another person's account without permission, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls or submit malicious content. The LastMile name, design and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Apple and other services
Apple Health, sign-in providers and other connected services have their own terms and permission controls. Their availability may affect features in LastMile.
If you obtain the app through Apple's App Store and no separate custom licence is supplied, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement governs the app licence. These terms cover our services and do not replace that licence or Apple's applicable purchase terms. LastMile support is provided by the operator identified above.
Payments
Any paid feature must show its price and applicable billing terms before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are also subject to Apple's payment, subscription cancellation and refund processes. These terms alone do not create a subscription or authorise a charge.
Availability and ending use
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. You can stop using LastMile at any time.
Stopping use or removing the app does not itself delete your cloud data. See the Privacy Policy's storage and deletion section.
Your legal rights
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you, or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated terms and effective date here and provide additional notice where required. Contact help@uselastmile.com with questions about LastMile or these terms.
